Regardless of the size of your group, you will have full private use of Villa Sharm. Unlike many villas in Sharm, our housekeeper lives off-site (but close by), assuring you of complete privacy.

If your duration is longer than two weeks, please contact us with your dates as we will offer further discounts for longer durations.

We believe in fair pricing and offer discounted rates for smaller groups of 10. We have therefore structured our prices to accommodate this. To calculate your weekly cost please choose your group size from the dropdown list below.

All villas in Sharm charge for electric based on guests usage. This is also reflected in our rental prices. A charge of 1.5 Egyptian pound per unit (approx. £0.07p) will be made.*
No Parties or events. Respect our neighbours.
Prices are based on two persons sharing a bedroom.

Once that we receive your booking request, we will send you a booking conformation. A deposit of £500.00 will be required on booking with the final amount being paid within two months of your arrival.

Payments can be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer.

Before your arrival we will send you contact details and issue you with a villa manual that will detail everything you need to know about Villa Sharm.

*ELECTRICITY. Because different size groups use different amounts of electricity, we charge this out as used by our guests. This is paid in local currency at 1.5 Egyptian pound for each unit. (approx. £0.07p). On a conservative use for 4 people this will equate to approx. £5-£10 per day. Meter readings will be taken on the day you arrive and and when you leave. We can update you on a weekly bases if required.
