Use the dropdown menu in the right column to select your group size, and our pricing display will show you the weekly rate based on the number of guests and rooms needed. If you’re planning a stay longer than 7 nights, simply calculate the additional nights on a pro-rata basis using the weekly rate as your guide (e.g., 10 nights = 1 week + 3 extra nights at the same rate per night).
Regardless of the size of your group, you will have full private use of Villa Sharm, bedroom that are not required will be closed.
🔆 Pool Heating (October – April)
We recommend pool heating between October and April for an enhanced experience. If requested, this service is available at £30.00 per day, which includes the additional cost of electric consumption.
If your duration is longer than two weeks, please contact us with your dates as we will offer further discounts for longer durations.

Discounted rates have been applied for groups smaller than 10 guests.
Prices are based on two guests sharing a bedroom in a double bed. If you need single rooms, select the relevant dropdown detailed quantity of room.
A daily electricity charge of £10 applies throughout your stay.
