Kitchen and Breakfast Bar
The family size kitchen is located on the ground floor and has views of the rear garden and has all the amenities to entertain. There is a separate drinking water system which is as good as the UK drinking water. Large freezer/fridge and wine fridge. There is a large serving area which opens to the dining room. The breakfast bar includes four stools and is adjacent to the kitchen.

Dining Room
The dining room is located on the ground floor with a bathroom at the rear. The dining table is large and has eight chairs.

Reception
The reception area in villa sharm is located on the ground floor by the entrance of the villa and includes a beautiful stone feature leading up to the gallery landing and roof.
The reception also includes two leather sofas. Leading on from the reception is the kitchen/breakfast bar, dining room, lounge and stairs to the other floors.
Wii Room, Exercise and Laundry
The exercise area is on the garden level and is equipped with basic keep fit equipment such as dumbbells, yoga mat and fitness skipping rope and punch bag. There is also a flat screen TV where you can work out to fitness DVD’s or make use of the Nintendo Wii Fit.
Leads on to the family room, rear garden and jacuzzi.

Bedrooms
There are four large bedrooms all with en-suite. Three bedrooms have king size beds and one room has two king size beds. The villa can comfortably sleep ten people. Each bedroom has a double wardrobe with ample storage. Some rooms have a safes. A bath towel and pool towel is provided for each paying guest.
Villas in Sharm El Sheikh generally have small rooms, Villa Sharm however has four large bedrooms all with their own air conditioning, shower and W.C.
Garden
Villa Sharm has a large garden with palm trees and tropical flowers surrounding it. To the side of the villa are natural stone steps which lead to the pool and BBQ area.
The rear garden offers some shade, perfect for the summer months whilst the front of the villa has endless sun.
Swimming Pool
Villas in Sharm El Sheikh don’t have pools like ours. The pool at Villa Sharm has a swimming length of 13 meters and is in three sections; Kids, Main and Diving.
Beside the pool is a BBQ area with patio that leads into the main lounge. The pool can be heated at an additional charge. Between May and September the pool temperature will be above 20 degrees.
The pool falls to its lowest temperature of approx 15 degrees over winter (Nov-Feb). Kid: 6 meters wide, 300 mm deep and separated from the main pool by underwater bollards. Main: pool is 8 meters wide, 1200 mm deep. Diving: pool is 6 Meters wide 3 meters deep.
The pool patio area has tiled floor and the perimeter walls are finished in natural Rock. There is a shower, sound System, dining table & Chairs. The pool and garden are Tendered for each day.
